Gombe Stream national park is the famous place where Jane Goodall did her research on chimpanzee populations. It is located on the western border of Tanzania and the Congo. and has 35 km² of protected land along the hills of the eastern shore of Lake Tanganyika. Mahale Mountains national park is located close by, south of the city of Kigoma. It is the only place where chimpanzees and lions co-exist.

Arrive in Kigoma town; meet at airport or railway station/ harbour, transfer to Hotel lunch, thereafter drive to Ujiji town visit the Dr. Livingstone Memorial then drive back to Kigoma town for sightseeing evening leisure, dinner overnight stay at hotel/ lodge.
Early Morning departs from hotel, breakfast, there after departure to Gombe National park by boat, Gate information from the park warden. Lunch at camp afternoon at leisure and bonfire at camp. Then dinner overnight stay at camps.
Breakfast at the camp, game viewing/ Chimpanzee tracking in the forest return to the camp for lunch afternoon Game viewing by boat on the lake. Enjoy the sunset while at lake Tanganyika. Dinner and overnight stay at campsite
Greystoke Mahale is a unique, high-end camp that sits on a white-sand beach overlooking Lake Tanganyika's clear waters inside the remote Mahale Mountains National Park.
